I relate to this feeling a lot with my anxiety. Whenever it happens I feel tense, shaky, nervous, and pretty much on the verge of crying and I can't help it at all. It frustrates me so much and I wish it would just go away.

It's worst especially if I'm speaking publicly or getting picked on at school and I just shake horribly and stutter. > ~ <;

@Sushirolled: Most people aren't really considerate toward people with anxiety, either because they just can't tell you have it or they just don't care. It's worst when people specifically pick on someone because they stutter or are physically nervous looking, all because they think they are "weird." People don't get that having anxiety is basically like having a mental disorder. Depending on the person it can sometimes even hurt someone's functioning abilities. So that's why I detest people who make fun of someone who is physically nervous or stressed. They don't sympathize, they just judge.

@Such and Such: EXACTLY. I couldn't have agreed with this more, especially since I've been affected mentally by people doing so to me when I was younger. It fucked up my mental state as well as becoming distant to others and not wanting to talk/engage with to anybody because I was very afraid and paranoid that incident might happen again. I'm doing better now but it still doesn't change the fact that when people do that, it can seriously mess someone up.

(I apologize greatly for the late reply, I'm sorry, I haven't checked my e-mail in forever. Dx)
